How do I register on SportsBase?

• Registration can be found by clicking on the ‘register’ link on the Homepage or alternatively you will be prompted to register if you wish to access some parts of the site such as SportsMate profiles, or adding a club.

Once I have signed up how do I create a SportsMate profile?

• Registration takes only a few minutes and provides you with full access for FREE to SportsMate.
• All you need to do is enter a few personal details such as your name and email address, choose which sports you play and how often you play them. Your email address will be kept confidential and used as a forwarding address by SportsMate.
• Once your profile has been submitted you will be sent an email asking you to validate your account.   Simply click on the link in the email and your profile will go live on the site.

How do I login to SportsBase and SportsMate?

• There is just one login required to access both SportsBase and SportsMate.  Simply click on the ‘Login’ link at the top of any page on the site. You will be asked for your username and password.  Once you have entered this information you will be logged in.
• SportsBase has gone to extra lengths to make your experience as user friendly as possible.  We have therefore created a ‘My Homepage’ button on the navigation menu which will allow you to login straight to SportsMate.

I have forgotten my Username or Password for my Account, how do I find it?

• If you have lost or forgotten your username or password this information can be re-sent to your email address.  Simply go to the login area and click on the ‘forgot your password’ link. Once you have entered your email address you will be resent your password and username to your within minutes.

I have logged in, how do I access my account?

• If you have already logged in, you can gain access to your account at any time by clicking on the account or username link at the top of any SportsBase page.  This will take you directly to your account. 

How do I log out of my account?

• To log out of your account simply click the ‘log out’ link at the top of any SportsBase page.  Once the page is refreshed the ‘log out’ link will be changed showing you have now logged out.
